The WIP Supervisor is responsible for secondary manufacturing operations such as deburring, polishing, cleaning and packaging. A WIP Supervisor cleans blasting machines, passivation tanks and the surrounding areas on a daily basis and works closely with other team members to continue with production to keep parts moving to the next process until the job is complete and shipped. You are a highly organized and highly adaptable individual, who will be expected to deal with constantly evolving challenges, serving as a source of order and direction to his/her team under stressful circumstances. You must be a capable multi tasker who can coordinate the efforts of multiple departments towards the completion of a single end-goal.
